Warranty
We care about our products and make every effort to deliver them to you in good condition.
Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that a parcel gets damaged during transport.

Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods.
You may have additional rights under Dutch law.

If you discover a product defect, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months.
Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us on time via 0031-(0)23 58 48 343 or info@hadleyshop.com,
we will arrange for a free repair, replacement or credit.

Complaints
Do you have any complaints? We don't hear them often or gladly,
but please always contact us!

An email via info@hadleyshop.com is also a possibility.
We will always help you the best way possible.

In the unlikely event that this does not lead to a solution,
you can always register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur at:
https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

From February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit
complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform.
This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere,
you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
